Ghana Education Service warns public over fake online recruitment notice.

The Ghana Education Service (GES) has cautioned the public against a recruitment notice circulating on social media, describing it as unauthorised and fraudulent.

In a statement issued on Friday, January 23, 2026, GES said the document, which claims that recruitment into the Service has commenced, did not originate from the organisation and should be disregarded.

The Service stressed that no official recruitment exercise has begun and urged job seekers to rely solely on verified GES communication channels for updates.

“The public is advised to treat as false any recruitment announcement that does not emanate from the official platforms of the Ghana Education Service,” the statement said.

GES reaffirmed its commitment to transparent and credible recruitment processes and warned the public to remain vigilant against misinformation.
