Kennedy Agyapong, the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) flagbearer candidate, has thanked backers, party officials, and Ghanaians after the party’s presidential elections on January 31. In a thank-you message released through video on Saturday, February 14, Mr. Agyapong recognised the support he had during his campaign and termed it profoundly humbling.
“Hello, NPP delegates and Ghanaians. I would like to express my gratitude to all of you for your support, particularly Team Ken. I have no idea what to say to you. ” I want to express my gratitude for the affection you have shown me over the years,” he said. He thanked not only those who voted for him but also delegates who made a different decision, noting that he supports the party’s democratic process.
“Delegates, whether you voted for me or not, I value your opinion. “Thank you,” he said. Mr. Agyapong expressed gratitude on behalf of his family, promising supporters that their sacrifice and faithfulness would not be forgotten.
“My family appreciates what you’ve done. “We will never forget you,” he said. Addressing the general Ghanaian population, he thanked individuals who believed in his aim and supported his campaign statement.
“Ghanaians, those who believe in my vision, I thank you all and God bless us all,” he said.
