Argentina has announced her roster for the FIFA World Cup 2026. The three-time champions (1978, 1986, 2022) revealed their roster on May 28, 2026. The country’s record appearance holder and all-time top scorer, Lionel Messi, would be playing in his 6th and very much likely his final World Cup. Messi has 13 World Cup goals from 5 World Cup tournaments (2006, 2010, 2014, 2018 & 2022) and would be seeking to eclipse Miroslav Klose who sits on the summit of all-time top scorers.
