The Founder and Executive Chairman of the First Sky Group of Companies, Mr Eric Seddy Kutortse, has disclosed that the conglomerate has created over 6,000 jobs across Ghana as part of efforts to help reduce unemployment and support national development.
According to Mr Kutortse, the jobs span the various business operations of the Group nationwide and reflect its commitment to driving economic growth while providing sustainable livelihoods for Ghanaian families.
“Across our operations, over six thousand people have been employed across the regions of our country, supporting families and contributing meaningfully to national development,” he stated.
Mr Kutortse said wealth creation and social impact remain central to the Group’s mission.
“Our mandate is to create wealth, bring relief to the poor and the needy, and support the management and staff of the First Sky Group, as well as our families,” he noted.
He explained that the company’s growth from a single enterprise into a diversified Ghanaian conglomerate was guided by clear values and discipline.
“Guided by these principles, we began as a single company and, by the grace of God, have grown into a diversified Ghanaian conglomerate,” he added.
Mr Kutortse made the remarks at the First Sky Group’s 23rd anniversary and thanksgiving service, held in Accra on Sunday, January 25, 2026.
He emphasised that job creation remains a core pillar of the Group’s corporate strategy, stressing that sustainable business practices must be aligned with social responsibility and national development goals.
