Former MP Inusah Fuseini has alleged that the wife of former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta once confronted former Attorney General Gloria Akuffo over what she perceived as a slow pace in prosecuting former NDC officials.

Fuseini, speaking on JoyNews’ Newsfile, said the encounter occurred at a gym at the Air Force facility and claimed he witnessed the conversation. He further suggested that Akuffo’s removal from office was linked to perceptions that she had not aggressively pursued prosecutions of NDC-era appointees.

The claims were challenged by panelists on the show, who argued it was unfair to discuss individuals who were not present to respond. Neither Gloria Akuffo nor the Ofori-Atta family had publicly responded at the time of reporting.
